Hi everyone! My name is Rashaad Eliseo Delgado. I was born and raised in South Central Los Angeles, and my parents are originally from Nicaragua. I’m currently a sophomore studying Finance and Banking Investment at the Wisconsin School of Business, and I’m also a proud Posse Scholar here at UW–Madison.

I’ve been part of ALPFA since my freshman year, and I joined because I wanted to connect with a community of like-minded Latine students who are passionate about growth, leadership, and representation. I’m excited to continue building our presence on campus and to keep growing alongside this amazing organization.
