At UW–Madison, we recognized a gap in both opportunity and community for Latine students, particularly within the business school and across the broader campus.

ALPFA was created to bridge that gap, providing a place where Latine students can cultivate professionalism, leadership, and meaningful connections in an inclusive and supportive environment.

Our mission is to empower and develop Latine students as confident, capable, and inclusive leaders across all professional fields through networking, professional development, mentorship, and community engagement.

Our vision for ALPFA UW–Madison is to create a lasting legacy of empowered leaders who transform industries, uplift communities, and inspire the next generation of Latine professionals.

Important Information
Student organizations are not considered tax-exempt entities. In order to give a tax-deductible donation to a student organization, you must submit payment to the UW-Foundation.

Processing time: Donations are processed by the WSB Undergraduate Program - Student Life Office and the University of Wisconsin Foundation. Funds will be received within 4-6 weeks of the check's arrival.

In addition, please also include the ALPFA organization on the memo line of the check to ensure proper allocation of your donation.
